The Essence of Harmony Choral Society invites friends, family, and community businesses to support our 2023 winter concert of Handel's Messiah, through advertising space in the program booklet. These funds assist with paying for musicians, sheet music, and other ancillary costs associated with the performance.
Artwork submitted should be BLACK & WHITE or GRAYSCALE (except outside back cover) and sent as a PDF, JPEG, GIF, or PNG file attached below or emailed to email@example.com.
Please do not send a Word document or MS Publisher file as it may not end up looking like you intended if we don't have the fonts you used -- use the "save as" feature and select "pdf" as the file type to ensure your layout is submitted the way you want it. If submitting a text-only ad that you would like us to format, type the information in the text box on the following page. Please send ad artwork in the appropriate dimensions listed, or they may be reformatted to fit the requested size and may not look the way you expected. Ad dimensions are as follows:
· Full Page: 4.75" Wide x 7.75" Tall.
· Half Page: 4.75" Wide x 3.875" Tall.
· Quarter Page: 4.75" Wide x 1.95" Tall.
· Eighth Page: 2.375" Wide x 1.95" Tall.

ALL FORMS AND ARTWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 17, 2023. This will ensure enough time for layout, proofing, commercial printing, and delivery. Anything received after that date is not guaranteed to be included.
